Investing in Our People Travis Pruitt & Associates believes our specialists will be at the “top of their game” if they are provided the tools and the opportunities to sharpen the skills necessary to excel at their career. Accordingly, TPA has established programs for employees who wish to take college level classes outside of work and for instructors to teach groups at the workplace. Academic Reimbursement Our academic reimbursement program gives employees the opportunity to advance their education. Application for reimbursement of academic course work can be made after one year of full-time employment with appropriate prior approval. Area colleges include Georgia Institute of Technology, Southern Polytechnic State University, Georgia State University, Emory University, Mercer University and numerous schools within the University System of Georgia. In-House Educational Opportunities We have gained a reputation for sharing our knowledge and experience, most recently, for our intensive LEED© Exam Preparation courses, open to professionals inside and outside the company. Traditional TPA Lunch n’ Learn classes enable employees to broaden their knowledge and sharpen their skills. The one-hour workshops are conducted on site, in a relaxed atmosphere. |
