  • The Peavine Parking Deck II expansion project, located across from Fraternity Row on the Emory University campus, consisted of a 6-story addition to the existing deck and university bus stop. The new structure added 874 parking spaces for students,
    university employees and visitors. Two aerial ramps connect the two parking structures – built off the side of a steep hill – with street and sidewalk.

    Site engineering included the preparation of a flood study for the adjacent Peavine Creek in order to secure a Letter of Map Revision from the Federal Emergency Management Agency
