PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
DeKalb Medical Center Hospital at Hillandale is a full service hospital. Sited on 39 acres in south DeKalb County, the 191,000 sf facility is Georgia’s first hospital to fully utilize digital technology. The 5-story, 6-level, state-of-the-art facility has 100 beds housed on the first four floors, with medical offices above and the mechanical penthouse on top floor. The project design includes a “wet” stormwater pond.
