PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Henry Medical Center's North Tower expansion features a new five-story, 220,000 sf addition. The new four-Level, 457-space parking garage is the first ever in Henry County and connects to the hospital building from a second-story, covered pedestrian bridge. This new addition increases Henry Medical’s inpatient capacity from 124 to 215 beds. The new facilities include cardiac services and comprehensive outpatient diagnostic services strategically located in one central area. Women’s and children’s services in the new building include: ante partum, labor and delivery, postpartum services, gynecological care, newborn nursery and neonatal intensive care.
The new structure faces Hospital Drive as the campus is entered from Rock Quarry Road and provides a new, dedicated
entrance for hospital services.
