PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Phase I of Piedmont West includes a 248,000-square-foot class A medical office building, 9,000 square feet of retail space and over a thousand parking spaces. The office building was designed to meet green building standards and Piedmont Hospital preleased 75,000 square feet of the multi-tenant medical office space.
