  • Travis Pruitt & Associates is providing survey and civil engineering services for Atlanta Housing Authority's Cosby Spear Towers for general site improvements to meet ADA requirements and to provide a better living experience for the residents of two high rise residential towers (10- and 11-stories).

    Site improvements include a stormwater detention system to meet City of Atlanta standards, pedestrian access to activity areas and walking trails, childrens playground and lawn activity area, revised parking and entry drive canopy, and dining and activity terrace with water and shade features.

    The project is designed to be executed in stages as funds become available to complete each stage.
