Project involved approximately 9 acres of a 14-acre park to open in the summer of 2008
Topographic survey located visible utilities and substantial visual improvements for sanitary sewer structures and storm drain structures that can be accessed by hand including: horizontal and vertical location; pipe size; pipe types; and pipe connectivity
Tree surveys showed the location of each tree on the site and its classification
