PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Rock Eagle Center includes eight conference buildings, a 1200-seat auditorium, fifty four cottages, a Natural History Museum, seven open air pavilions, a chapel, two swimming pools, three residences occupied by fulltime year round staff members, and
seven smaller houses used for summer staff.

Sanitary Sewer System Evaluation, Replacement & Rehabilitation: Sanitary sewer system evaluation and design for replacement and rehabilitation. Included visual inspection of manholes and CCTV inspection of sanitary sewer lines.

Pump Station Renovation: This project entailed the structural rehabilitation of an existing poured in place concrete wet well, and the installation of new submersible pumps and controls, electrical system, emergency power generator system, valves and piping. Engineering services provided included planning, design, assistance during bidding and negotiating, construction administration and observation.

Fire Protection & Water Main Assessment: Assessment of water supply and distribution system serving the center. The focus was on determining fire protection water demand in accordance with NFPA 13 for all on-site facilities and on determining the water system pressure and water supply upgrades needed to meet the projected demand for fire protection and domestic use.
