  • Travis Pruitt & Associates provided surveying, site/civil engineering, permitting and landscape services for the 909 Broad Street Apartments, part of a mixed-use development. The five-story project of 229,000 sf has 220 apartments located near the University of Georgia’s Graduate Schools and Campus. The parking deck for 380 vehicles is wrapped by the residential block of 64 one-bedroom units, 106 two-bedroom units and 50 three-bedroom units. There are two internal block courtyards and a swimming pool.
  • 909 Broad provides a direct entrée to Downtown Athens and is convenient to the Classic Center, The Greenway, Dudley Park, Hilton Garden Inn, and the Athens music scene.
