  • The engineering for this 320-unit luxury apartment community included the demolition and reconstruction of an existing mulit-family development on a 17-acre site. New apartment buildings were added to the complex as well as lower level parking to one of two parking decks to increase parking to 581 spaces. A bridge on property was also replaced after it was found to be structurally unsound and contributed to flood and erosion. Travis Pruitt & Associates negotiated with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Georgia Environmental Protection Division and DeKalb County officials to replace the existing bridge with a new structure further upstream.
  • The new community enhancements included a clubhouse and pool, car wash, retaining walls, paving with asphalt and bricks, sideways, handicap accessibility and a new gated entry.
