  • Edinburgh rests in 580 wooded acres bordered by the Chattahoochee River. The community features 466 homes, 22 roads, and elaborate gate house, a Bear's Best golf course and clubhouse. The six-acre neighborhood amenity area includes six tennis courts, tennis pavilion, junior Olympic pool, splash pool, baby pool, water slide, playground and basketball court.
  • Individual lots were sited to compliment the 200+-acre golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus which recreates 18 of the best holes from golf courses around the world.
