    • PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
  • This master planned community in Forsyth County, Georgia is made up of five smaller neighborhoods with green spaces and a common recreation area designed to meet the lifestyles of families and active adults. There are 977 home sites on 455 acres.
  • The Enclave, Glen and Park sections are made up of traditional two-story homes ranging in size from 2,263 sf to 3,335 sf and built by Pulte Homes.
  • The Court at Fieldstone has 93 ranch home sites for houses ranging from 1705 sf to 1919 sf and built by Pulte Homes.
  • The upscale Preserve at Fieldstone is built by Jim Cowart Residential.
  • The development includes 8.2 miles of two-lane urban streets with curb, gutter and sidewalks and a 16-acre park-like recreation area includes a 6,500 sf clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, ball courts, playground and walking paths.
  • The Fieldstone lake meets the needs for stormwater quality and detention as a featured amenity in the recreation area.
