  • Glen Abbey sits on 316 acres of gently rolling hills with sidewalk-lined streets and offers 500 executive-sized homes with three-car, side entrance garages. TPA provided construction plans, topographic studies and lot grading all designed to preserve the neighborhood's natural beauty
  • The firm also implemented and monitored stream and wetland mitigation and received U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting for the project.
  • Glen Abbey's tree-lined entrance begins with two English-country inspired, brick and stone monuments with arched extensions over the sidewalks and ends at the threshold of the recreation area. The recreation area offers seven tennis courts, olympic, adult and children's pools and parking for nearly 60 cars.
