PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
The 337-acre Longlake developemnt includes 450 residential sites with classic four- and five-bedroom homes ranging from 2,500 to 3,300 sf. A picturesque and winding drive leads into the community and ends at the entrance to the park-like recreation area which is built on the banks of a 45-acre lake.
Longlake created two wetland mitigation areas: a one-acre island located on-site and a 12-acre habitat located off-site.
TPA oversaw the planting of wetland vegetation at the mitigation sites and designed two sanitary pump stations in addition to a station sewer outfall of approximately 5,000 linear feet.
