    • PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
  • The Woodlands subdivision is made up of nearly 1,200 single family detached homes and townhouses on 547 acres with 41 streets covering over 8 miles. Because the site also contains over one mile of natural streams, TPA worked closely with U.S. Army corps of Engineers, the EPA, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Georgia Environmental Protection Division and the City of Woodstock on environmental permitting and site monitoring. The project protects several historical sites, plant species and a federal and state protected fish in one of the streams.
  • This community features a two-story clubhouse, two pools, walking trails, 10 tennis courts, volleyball court and basketball court.
