Travis Pruitt & Associates provided surveying, site/civil engineering, permitting and landscape services for the 909 Broad Street Mixed Use development. 909 Broad Street is located adjacent to the Middle Oconee River and is comprised of the Broad Street Apartments and Broad Street Shops; 212 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, 7,000 square feet of retail space along with structured parking for 380 vehicles. 909 Broad Street is near the University of Georgia’s Graduate Schools and Campus, the Classic Center, The Greenway, Dudley Park, Hilton Garden Inn, and the Athens music scene.
