  • Few Hall and Evans Hall are part of a phased master plan for a consolidated freshman housing village. The new development required the realignment of 760 linear feet of new road to realign the intersection of Eagle Row and Asbury Circle and multiple “live” utilities and site access had to be maintained throughout construction.

    Opened in the fall of 2008, Few Hall is a 5-story dormitory with 61,907 square feet and 140 beds; Evans Hall is a 5-story dormitory with 47,697 square feet and 155 beds. They are connected at the basement level.

    Few Hall and Evans Hall have been certified LEED Gold by the USGBC/GBCI.
