  • The Woodward Academy Middle School complex includes the 103,352 square foot, 3-story Brand-Tucker Hall Classroom Building, the 1-story A. Adair Dickerson, Jr. Art Building and the 1-story middle school dining hall
  • The middle school complex encloses a large and sunny quadrangle
  • The 3.7 acre project was completed in phases to accommodate existing buildings on campus
  • LEED certified features include: heating and cooling provided by geo-thermal piping that runs under the courtyard in front of the classroom building; storm water is partly controlled with bio-retention gardens which clean the water and dually serve as a landscaped detention facilities with a filtered underdrains
