ALTA/ACSM Surveys Time is often a critical factor for our commercial clients. Providing quality service with a quick turnaround requires an investment in resources to make it happen. Travis Pruitt and Associates' commitment is evident: we have more than 20 survey parties employed in the field. Three of these survey parties are specifically assigned to ALTA/ACSM surveys. As a result, TPA can usually provide a two week turnaround for our clients. Our ALTA/ACSM surveys are highly detailed and provide the title company and lender with the information required to ensure the title to the land and funding of the development. Travis Pruitt and Associates’ ALTA/ACSM surveys meet the standards set by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.
