Permitting Services:
- Prepare detailed project checklists to identify potential permitting challenges and estimate a timeline necessary to obtain permits
- Prepare and submit permit application packages, attend review meetings, and meet individually with planners and officials
- Maintain strong working relationships with the many departments and agencies that regulate and govern project sites
- Obtain development permits for project types including residential, commercial, office, industrial, and utility
- Other types of permits include land disturbance permits, state department of transportation permits, utility permits, sign permits, variances and individual site permits
