Seeking a CFO/Controller for mid-size engineering firm located in Norcross, GA.
The candidate should have Bachelor degree in accounting and 10+ years related experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Prior experience working in Engineering or Architectural firm is preferred.
Working knowledge of Deltek Ajera software is highly preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Working with the President and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning and reporting processes.
- Directing financial activities of the corporation, including the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
- Overseeing Accounting functions, payroll procedures, and other HR functions.
- Maintaining the company 401K plan.
- Working with other department heads to ensure seamless billing process.
- Supervising accounting department of four team members.
Salary range is $110k – 140K plus annual bonus. TPA provides an excellent benefits package including; Employer paid medical insurance, dental insurance & life insurance. Long-term and short-term disability, supplemental life, flex plan and 401k plan with 3% employer match available.

Full-time employees paid vacation time accrues at a rate of 3.08 hours per pay period for a maximum of 80 hours (two weeks) per year. Personal paid time off allowed for full-time employees, 7days (56 hours) per calendar year.
