HIGHLIGHTS
- Prepared an overall Parks and Rec- reation Strategic Plan for the City of Johns Creek in 2015
- The design team produced a conceptual plan to convert the Technology Park Lakes into a passive park for the city. The concept was approved by the city council and the land was purchased.
- In 2016, MCDS was retained to prepare a more detailed schematic plan and cost estimate to determine if the concept was feasible.
- The vision of the project was to lower the static level of the detention lakes to free up the land around the sides of the lake to be used as a park.
